Friendly and excellent customer service

We came from colorado and found surprise problems with our truck. We came to O'Bryans and Sean the owner was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to us and knows so much about even Colorado laws and helped us out there as well. We were trying to get the missouri that night and he gave us a work vehicle to get where we needed to go. Amazing, only problem i had was the time was longer than they said but I understand that the work they did was a lot! Thank you!

While in Pittsburgh picking up a load of pipe I had a very low tire on my trailer. It was never going to make it back to Wichita and after two failed attempts at local convenient stores due to lack of sufficient pressure, I called O’bryans and asked if they could help. The guy working the counter was awesome and had one of his guys pulled a service truck in the alley and aired me up. After a 32 year career in service to the public I always hoped that even the small things made a difference to the folks I helped along the way. These guys saved me from changing a tire and got me back to Wichita at no charge. Can’t thank them enough.

Super thankful for O’Bryan automotive repair. They were able to get my SUV in right away and repair my tire without an appt. Very friendly and great customer service.

Got an alignment done, everywhere else was at least 2 weeks out, they said they could get me in the next day! Came to about $160 out the door, a little higher than other places, but worth not having to wait! Car drives perfectly straight now, feels much better.

The men were very professional and kind. Auto Zone sold me the wrong size battery for my car. Obryan staff helped me get reimbursed and replaced before it negativel impacted my cars electrical system. As a single retired woman, I appreciated that they listened to my concerns and acted to resolve.

I needed my vehicle inspected for oil leaks and the crew went above and beyond to help my find my issues and pointing out more than what I knew was wrong with my car. Now I can take the proper steps to making my car road safe again and keep the old thing on the road for a while longer. Shout out especially to Ronnie and Justin they were both very kind and informative throughout the entire process.
